Pierre Oreus “Junior” – Born in Jacmel and raised in Port-au-Prince, Junior brings an unmatched enthusiasm for sustainable development done right. Previously worked for Yon Ede Lot. Junior is a team builder and a responsible money manager.
Technician
Franny Paul – Born and raised in Duchity, Franny is does both community education and helps maintain all of our community toilets in Duchity and surrounding communities.
Lead Technician
Jean Emy Elysee “Manlove” – Born and raised in Duchity, Manlove is known as an artist and loves to paint canvas, bamboo or wood – anything he can get paint to, including all of the Youthaiti community toilets! Previously worked as a teacher at the National School of Duchity, he is a natural educator!
Technician/Community Educator
Marie Lucie Francois is our Menstrual Hygiene Educator and technician. She reaches out to girls in schools with essential reproductive health education to promote staying in school and staying healthy!

Agronomist
Rony Francois – Rony graduated from Notre Dame University of Haiti, Les Cayes in October 2018. He did a 2 year internship with Youthaiti and joins the staff as our part-time agronomist working in our gardens at the Center for Sustainable Development and Plenn Maten. Congratulations, Rony!
Agronomy Technician
Luney Jean Baptiste has volunteered with Youthaiti since our beginning. He graduated in December 2017 from Duchity Vocational Training Center as an Agronomy Technician as the top student and joined our staff

Arborist
Alain Souffrant is known throughout the Duchity area as a man who loves trees. His own home has a food forest with so many varieties of orange, avocado and bamboo it is a virtual ‘garden of Eden’. He shares his wealth of experience and talents with Youthaiti and all the people we serve.

Jean Rochny Marcelin “Tipa” – Tipa keeps the toilets in Duchity clean and comfortable, inviting to all who pass by!
Facilities Manager
Jean Fenel Lexis – has been connected with Youthaiti since he was 15. He has lived at the Center for Sustainable Development since his mother passed in 2014. Joins our staff in 2019 with the knowledge of all the comings and goings of the organization. Studying to be a mechanic, he will soon be able to help us maintain our small fleet of motorcycles!
